We’re excited to announce that we are hosting the first ever city centre pop up in the Merrion Centre in Leeds!
Our aim is to make it easier for families to access free, good quality, pre-loved school uniform to help ease the financial burden as well as reduce textile waste.
Who can come?
Everyone is welcome to pop in, have a look around and take what you need – it really is that easy! Whether it’s a full set of uniform, or just a couple of items we’re here to help.
What’s available?
We have a wide range of uniform available including polo tops and shirts, trousers, skirts, jumpers, cardigans and PE kit (all subject to availability).
While we have tried to cater for all schools, we haven’t been able to bring everything we have and have made the decision to not stock branded items in the shop.
If you are looking for specific items or can’t find what you need for, just ask. We may be able to source items through our network or from within our own stock.
All items are FREE.
Location and opening times
The Leeds School Uniform Exchange can be found on the upper balcony at the Merrion Centre. We will be open 10am-2pm on the following dates throughout August 2025:

No booking required—just turn up on one of our open days between 10am and 2pm.
Can I donate uniform too?
Absolutely! We welcome donations of clean, gently worn school uniform. Just bring them along when you visit.
What sizes and colours are available?
We stock a wide range of sizes and colours to suit most Leeds schools, but availability depends on donations.
